Damit wir dieser Sache nachgehen können, benötigen wir das M-Data (Verkaufs- und/oder Verbrauchsdatum) und die Chargen- oder Lotnummer der Pizza.
Mithilfe dieser Nummer können wir überprüfen, wann genau das betroffene Produkt hergestellt wurde und ob zu diesem Zeitpunkt Fehler bei der Produktion aufgetreten sind. Du findest die Lot-/Chargennummer normalerweise neben dem Haltbarkeitsdatum, sie beginnt üblicherweise mit dem Buchstaben L oder es sind Buchstaben und Zahlen gemischt. Wir bitten dich, uns diese Nummer noch anzugeben und dich dabei auf die Referenz IN_972015 zu beziehen. Bitte schreibe uns ein Mail mit den Angaben an m-infoline@migros.ch.

We are very sorry to hear that you and your husband did not enjoy the pizza.
Our specialist unit have tasted the samples, which do meet the required quality standards. The product is therefore not sub-standard.
We try to please as many tastes as possible with our products but are well aware that this can never be entirely the case. Salt is one of the key seasonings. When it comes to salt content, the focus is on the recommendations issued by the Swiss Federal Office for Public Health which recommends a salt content of below 1.5g of salt per 100g in any ready-made product. However, you can season the pizza afterwards to suit your own tastes.
In terms of the quality of the pizza base, the sample provided meets with specifications.
